Rubito may collect information you provide directly, information generated by your use of the app, and information received from service providers that help us operate Rubito.

3. Subscriptions and Payment Providers

Rubito does not need to receive full payment card numbers to operate subscriptions or credit purchases. We may receive purchase confirmations, transaction identifiers, subscription status, renewal information, and related records needed to provide paid features.

7. Children and Younger Users
Rubito may be used by children under 13, or under the applicable age of digital consent in their country, only with parent or legal guardian consent and supervision.
When Rubito knows that a user is a child or younger user, we aim to collect only the information needed to operate the learning service, provide age-appropriate Japanese practice, maintain account access, handle subscriptions or credits, provide support, and keep the service safe.
For child users, Rubito does not sell personal information, and we do not use personal information for personalized advertising. We may also limit profile, social, communication, discovery, advertising, analytics, or other features where appropriate or required by law.
Parents and guardians may contact Rubito through the support channel in the app to ask to review, correct, or delete a child's personal information, or to withdraw consent where applicable.
